美版《甄嬛傳》已於 3 月 15 日在美國 Netflix 網站付費播出。美版《甄嬛傳》片名譯成 Empresses in the Palace，

如果是男性的話，則是用 eｍperor  (n.) 皇帝
像 1987年的經典大片「末代皇帝」，英文片名則是「The Last Emperor」
